Mr. Moon from Garrett hearing center was very professional.,even had the approval from my insurance on hand.He thourally explained the process and was able to apply for a 12 month 0 fee financial loan for my portion of the hearing aid fee.Looking forward to better hearing!

Having serious problems with hearing aids plugging up. Turns out I have infections in both ears. Garrett cleaned the hearing aids and got them both working for me no charge. And I think she may have even made a special trip To. Los. Banos just to take care of me....

Four stars only because this is my first and only experience with hearing aids. The diagnostic process went well. Explanations and fitting went well. My follow up appointments have always been on time and professional. Only exception was Covid related. Any concerns or changes have been handled promptly and courteously....
