Rachel really enjoys helping people with their hearing needs and customer service is her number one priority. Her friendly personality gives patients the comfort of knowing that she is someone who cares and has their best interests at heart. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends that is very important to her. She also enjoys volunteering at her church and singing in the choir.

Having serious problems with hearing aids plugging up. Turns out I have infections in both ears. Garrett cleaned the hearing aids and got them both working for me no charge. And I think she may have even made a special trip To. Los. Banos just to take care of me....

Four stars only because this is my first and only experience with hearing aids. The diagnostic process went well. Explanations and fitting went well.
